Destinations and shipping costs

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available shipping options and charges. Availability and rates depend on the products, suppliers, and destination. Review the full shipping total before paying. Any available free-shipping option is shown at checkout.

Processing and transit times

Supplier processing takes place before a package is handed to the carrier. Transit estimates cover travel after dispatch. Processing and transit times vary by item and destination.

Available supplier transit estimates or shipping descriptions appear with the checkout shipping options. If no timing estimate is shown, contact us before ordering for item-specific information. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Orders with multiple items

Items supplied by different partners may ship separately and arrive on different days. Checkout may show separate shipping options and charges for each shipment.

Tracking your order

When tracking information is provided by the supplier, it is included in your shipping notification. Tracking updates depend on the carrier. Contact us with your order number if you need help locating a shipment.

Address changes, delays, and delivery issues

Check your delivery address before placing an order. For an address correction, delayed or missing package, or an item that arrives damaged, use our contact form and include your order number and details. Address changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch.

Seasonal and time-sensitive orders

If you need an item for a particular date, including Halloween or another holiday, contact us before ordering so we can check the current supplier information.
